This Villa has 2 bedrooms and a huge living room with a big open space to live. The sofa bed is a really high quality and you can sit 6 people. The Villa has air conditionning in each room Bedroom one has king size bed but you can split beds as 2 singles if you need. Bedroom 2 has 2 Singles beds The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that you need :coffee machine ,toaster, kettle, oven,microwave, dish washer,washing machine. There is one large bathroom with a modern bath and a separate toilet. Wifi ,big plasma screen ,dvd are provided in the house .

Wonderful beaches are also very close from the House .
The train station to go to Cannes is 5mn by walk and the same for the bus stop.
You can park the car in the little street in front of the Villa.
